Willows Health & Rehab Center is Medicare-certified and provides both inpatient and outpatient therapies covered under Medicare benefits. Most residents stay for a short time to recover from an illness, surgery or injury before returning home, though outpatient services are also available to Wesley Willow’s residents in the greater Rockford community.
