There are 5-Steps in the Admission process to Wesley Willows. Our admissions staff will be very happy to provide the appropriate documents and guide you through the process.  Below are the three documents that must be prepared by you.        

1. Application to Wesley Willows
2. Application Fee of $75 per person, non-refundable
3. Financial Statement prepared by you or your financial advisor
4. Personal Interview by Wesley Willows professional staff
5. Medical Statement filled out by your physician

After an individual is approved for residency, he/she will be notified when an accommodation becomes available.  At the time of entrance into residency the following shall be required:

1. Contract Signed
2. Entrance Fee Paid
3. Medical Surcharge Paid
4. One Month’s Rental Fee Paid in Advance
